What NextLine does
Meeting notes without a bot
NextLine listens on your computer. Live notes while you talk. A recap with next steps when the call ends. No bot joins the meeting.
How NextLine uses Google Calendar
Connecting Google Calendar is optional. If you connect it, NextLine asks for read-only access (the calendar.readonly scope) to the events on your primary calendar, from the start of this month through about the next two months: title, start and end time, video-call link and attendee list. NextLine uses this to show your meetings in the app, remind you before a call starts and let you start notes in one click. It never creates, changes or deletes calendar events.
Your data stays yours
Meeting recordings and audio stay on your computer. Your calendar events are read from Google when the app needs them and are not saved on NextLine servers; only an encrypted access token is kept so the connection keeps working. Google user data is not sold and is not used for advertising. You can remove NextLine’s access at any time in your Google Account settings.
NextLine’s use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Read our Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions.
